Refund Policy
At Hudson Cosper, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content and mentorship. Due to the nature of our digital products and services, we have established the following refund policy. Please read it carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.
1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds for our offers are only available under the following conditions:
Low-Ticket Offer (Video Course on High-Ticket Sales):
Due to the instant access and lifetime nature of the video course, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
High-Ticket Coaching Offer (Lifetime Access Discord, 1-1 Coaching, and Group Coaching):
A refund is only granted if all of the following conditions are met:
You have completed 100% of the video course and can provide proof of completion.
You have actively participated in 80% of group coaching calls and schedule at least 3 1-1 coaching sessions.
You have applied the teachings from the coaching sessions and can provide documented proof.
You have sent at least 50 outreach messages per day for four consecutive months and can provide screenshots or logs of outreach efforts.
Despite following all instructions and consistently applying the information, you were unable to recoup your initial investment within four months of purchase.
If all of the above conditions are met, you may request a full refund for the high-ticket coaching offer.
2. Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be issued for the following cases:
Failure to properly utilize the course materials, coaching, or complete outreach requirements.
Failure to attend 1-1 coaching sessions or group calls consistently.
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to apply the course teachings effectively.
Special promotions, discounted purchases, or bundled offers.
Any purchases made using payment plans after the first installment has been processed.
3. Refund Request Process:
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you may request a refund by following these steps:
Submit a Refund Request: Email hudsoncosper@closingcabal.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name]" and include the following details:
Purchase receipt or order confirmation number.
Proof of 100% course completion (screenshots of completed lessons and quizzes if applicable).
Proof of outreach efforts (minimum 50 messages per day for four months) (logs, screenshots, CRM records, etc.).
Evidence of 1-1 coaching participation and group coaching attendance.
The reason for requesting a refund.
Processing Time: Our team will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of the decision.
Approval & Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days from the approval date.
4. SMS Communications & Refunds:
By opting into our SMS program during enrollment, you agree to receive updates, reminders, and promotional messages. Opting out of SMS messages by replying "STOP" does not affect your refund eligibility or enrollment status.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes:
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of access to all course materials. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating disputes.
6. Changes to This Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
